These spices and this meat are the only ingredients you need to make biltong. One pack contains: Spice for 5 kg of fresh meat to make approx. 2.5 kg of biltong (depending on how dry you want to make it).
The mix contains all the ingredients for a standard biltong mix, which includes salt, pepper, coriander, fennel, minimal sugar, yeast extract, and a touch of garlic. The mixture can be spiced up with as much chili, paprika, or other ingredients as your taste buds desire.
